I needed to get my Durango towed to the mechanic and I had a bad experience with a tow company that did not work out leading me to go with Hawks towing. I picked a day and time to pre schedule the pick up and he was a few minutes early. He had to block our street to load up my car but did it safely and quickly to not prevent any of my neighbors from getting to and from their homes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Took less than 30 minutes to get the car loaded. Once he dropped off my car at the mechanic he sent me a photo of confirmation. Would 100% recommend him to anyone locally that would need a tow! No hassle or wait! Thank you thank you!!!

These guys were awesome. I called late on a weekday for an after 8pm tow to around half an hour away. I honestly didn't expect any tow company to come out that late or make me wait for hours, but these guys did and they were there right away. They got everything squared away fast and neat and put the car right where I wanted it by my house. The price was good and they were courteous too. So much better than the last tow I got. Would totally use them again.
Marcos came out the morning after we called. Our Equinox wouldn't turn over and was stuck in our garage. He was able to get the car into neutral, even though it wouldn't turn over. Then got it out of the garage and into his flat bed with ease. My mother, with Alzheimer's, came out and was panicked he was stealing her car. He was calm and family assured mom it was ok. Marcos got the car delivered to Chevrolet with no issues. Good pricing and service. Would definitely use again. Thank you Marcos!
Got a tow from Marcos, got stranded in Capitol Hill. Gave him a call, gave me a good price. He showed up in less then 1 hour. My car is low, wasn't an issue for him. Got it on the flat bed with out any issues. Definitely treated the car as if it was his. Great customer service. Will definitely be using his services again

Called him in the morning around 915 he told me he had to drop a car and then he would head to me, texted let me know when he was 10 minutes away. He treated my car as if it was his own, also took a picture and sent it to me when he dropped my car at the mechanic shop. Thank you again hawks towing! Not sure who the driver was but thank you!
Broke down randomly just like we all do. Luckily Marco was in the area to help. He was able to get our car on the truck in no time and had us home within the hour. Absolutely would recommend Marco and Hawks towing! They saved our night and car. Thank you Marco!!
Marcos was absolutely amazing. I was in complete distress when my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek blew a head gasket. Marcos showed up quickly and was so kind and calm. I really appreciate knowing there’s good people like him around still. Would recommend him over and over again. Thanks Marcos!!!
